We ship the products directly from our manufacturing locations worldwide. This model helps us ensure that we can offer you the absolute best sweat proof undershirt at the market leading prices.

First of all, know that we really appreciate your order and if you have any problems with your shipping experience, we are here to help you as much as we can. We take pride in our customers' satisfaction and will do absolutely everything to correct if anything went wrong.

Now, on to specific details:

Delivery Timeframes and Tracking

  • Standard Epacket Shipping (available in select countries)
    • You should receive the product through your national carrier (e.g. USPS) in about 3-4 Weeks
    • Please note that this is an estimate based on usual performance, and we are not in position to promise delivery timeframe.
    • You can track the package here with the tracking number available on your order status page
    • Please note that the tracking is delayed, and may not always show the latest status. However epacket is highly reliable and items usually arrive within the expected timeframe
  • Standard International Post Shipping (available in countries where ePacket is not available)
    • You should receive the product through your national carrier (e.g. USPS) in about  3-4 weeks
    • You can track the package here with the tracking number available on your order status page

  • Express Shipping
    • We use several couriers, depending on your location for the express delivery - including DHL, TNT, SF Express and EMS.
    • You should have the undershirt in about 7-10 days
    • Please note that this is an estimate based on usual performance, and we are not in position to promise delivery timeframe.
    • You can track expresses packages here, or on the link provided in your order confirmation page, or visiting the Courier Service's website and entering the tracking number provided in your order page.

Customs & Clearance Charges:

Depending on the recipient country and the applicable laws, shipments may be subject to local custom inspections which may incur charges (customs duties and clearance fees) and delays. These delays and charges are outside our control. Any additional charges levied by the government are to be paid by the recipient. The courier company will notify you of the applicable charges that will need to be paid before collecting the delivery.

Other Important Notes:

  • Holidays may impact the delivery time-frames.
  • During the pre-Christmas period,  delivery times are affected as postal services as well as private couriers struggles to meet the increased demand - please expect delays during this period (end November till early January).
  • Local holidays and special conditions (e.g. postal strike, general disturbance) at the destinations may cause delays
  • The ownership of the goods is transferred to the customer once we have handed over the package to the courier/postal service. While we will do everything possible to help you trace the order, we cannot bear responsibility for delays/loss of Standard Shipping packages. We strongly recommend you to use Express delivery to track your packages more closely.

  • As of now, we are not accepting deliveries for the following countries - Uruguay, Kosovo, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Macedonia
